How lunerousse.com handles your data: no tracking cookies, anonymous audience measurement, hosting in Switzerland and no data ever sold.

This policy explains how the lunerousse.com website handles your personal data. In short: no advertising, no tracking cookies, no data sold, and we only keep what you send us.

Data controller

The site is published by Lunerousse. For any question about your data, write to us through the contact page or at the address given in the legal information.

What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, the subject and your message. They are used only to reply to you. The message is stored on our server and forwarded to our mailbox. We keep it for 2 years at most, after which it is deleted automatically.

Audience measurement. To know which pages are read, we count visits anonymously: each day, the number of views per page and per language, the name of the site the visitor came from (a search engine, for example) and the number of clicks to each of our websites. We use no cookie for this and keep neither your IP address nor any identifier.

Technical logs. Like any web server, ours may briefly keep technical logs (date, page requested, IP address) to keep the site secure. They are deleted automatically.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A security cookie is used when the contact form is sent, to block forged submissions: it is strictly necessary and contains no personal data.

Hosting

The site and its data are hosted in Switzerland by Media Sense, on servers rented from Infomaniak.

Sharing

We never sell, rent or hand over your data. Only the service providers needed to run the site (hosting and email) have access to it.

Our sites

Each website we publish, such as YourAstralLife, has its own privacy policy, available on that site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority in your own country.
